2007-08 Fundraising
Fundraising for 2007-08 will be somewhat different this year than in years past. We have previously held an annual spring auction, but are hoping to do a few different activities this year, including the development of more corporate connections and participation in their sponsored activities. Please see below for a list of activities this year.

Since NTCP is a non-profit organization we depend on our families involvement and resources to raise these funds in several ways. Families agree to:

1) Participate in fundraising throughout the year.

2) Attend the events that are all enjoyable by the entire family!


Fundraising Activities

Plant Sale, February - May This annual fundraiser has been proven successful for several years. Plant order forms are issued mid February and then delivered in May before Mother’s Day. Copious selections of these top quality plants virtually sell themselves and are a joy throughout summer!

Safeway Club Card Rewards program, ongoing fundraising activity

Safeway Club Card members can earn dollars for NTCP by simply registering their card. Contact the fundraising chair, for specific instructions on how to register your card.


******OTHER WAYS NTCP RAISES FUNDS******

*Annual Fund Drive The most efficient way to fundraise is by first asking our enthusiastic parents, guardians, and extended families to support our school with your donations that flow directly to minimizing our budget shortfall. This year we are hoping for 100% participation by all. (An amount of $250 per child would cover the budget!) Please take part in our drive as is financially comfortable for you family and note that your donation can be broken down into monthly payments. Send a check to North Tacoma Co-op, ATTN: Annual Fund Drive, 310 No. K St, Tacoma WA 98403. Contact Sarah Deming - Treasurer to make arrangements.

*Gift Matching Check with your employer many offer this option and will donate the amount you do to organizations of non-profit status.

*United Way Some of you or your families may already be giving to United Way - simply designate North Tacoma Cooperative Preschool as the recipient!
